Alexander recently completed the score for ‘INSIDE’, written and directed by Yaz Rabadi of Rabid Pictures. As requested by the director, Alexander composed a score with traditional orchestral instruments used and manipulated in a non-traditional way to create a sound palette instead of a harmonic or melodic sound. A full synopsis of the film is below.
INSIDE - John, a man in his mid-thirties, finds himself taken over by inner demons which are the driving force behind the violent fantasies that consume him. Seemingly unable to overcome his plight, and completely disconnected from the events of his reality, he can only pretend to be present in the moment, all the time concealing his true thoughts and emotions from all of those who surround him. Inside is a character portrait that examines a day in the life of a man who has truly become uncomfortable within his own skin.
